This big black box cooks my food very well And looks good doing it.

Our new microwave great- the install took a bit after realizing it wouldn't mount with the existing mount (from the same but a few years old model)- otherwise -very happy with it!

This was very easy to install and works very well while being simple to use. I like that it has an actually plug instead of having to hardwire it in during install.

Purchased this GE microwave to replace a cheaper 1.6 cu ft GE microwave which was provided by the builder and lasted less than a year and a half. This new microwave is loaded with bells and whistles. My favorite feature though was the more powerful exhaust fan with four speeds. It also matches well with all my other stainless steel GE appliances. I’ve had this microwave for about a month and like it very much so far. Fingers crossed this one will last a long time.

I researched my over the counter GE microwave and that opinion was seconded by the Best Buy sales person. She discussed size, features and the reliability of GE products. She was very knowledgeable. The size is perfect and my contractor said it was a simple installation. Very happy with this product.

It a nice oven but why are both the stove top and oven lights so dim and still incandescent bulbs and not LED? These lights should be much brighter. FYI for anyone replacing a GE from 2006 - the mounting holes are NOT the same. This would have been nice to know when I was selecting the replacement oven but the hole templates were not available on the GE website while doing research.

I'm not too thrilled with this microwave. I had a GE before that lasted over 20 years and was still working but the handle kept breaking so we got this one. #1 - doesn't heat up as fast as the last which was not a high wattage as this one. #2 - the beverage takes forever to heat up. before it was really quick. #3 - there is a "thumping" noise when it comes on (it sounds like the plate is not on properly but it is). #4 - the popcorn option doesn't work well. Stops too fast and still a lot of popcorn to be popped. I don't understand the sensor because I thought that if I selected "beverage" it would heat up and stop eventually when it "sensed" it was hot but it brings my coffee to a boil if I don't stop it. Maybe there is a default adjustment? I like the quick time buttons and the melt feature and the way it looks, I didn't think I would like the inside being so dark but I actually like it. I haven't used the steam clean feature yet. Anyway, I thought we would have an upgraded microwave, instead it takes longer to heat up food/drinks and makes that annoying thumping sound. I read other reviews about the thumping sound.

Very happy with this microwave. It heats, cooks and defrosts thoroughly and the stainless exterior looks great in my kitchen. I really like the dark interior and steam cleaning feature. The online purchase and curbside pickup process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Nice looking microwave but the auto fan had ran for days. This is not the vent fan but a built in auto fan that kicks on. Now the turn table doesn't work so I don't know if we got a defective machine but still not fixed yet. Geek squad didn't schedule my 1st appt now I have to wait another week for a new appt

I loved this microwave, for the 18 months I got to use it. Now, not so much. The fearures are great, it worked well heated well. The vent was so-so, not great but we were not vented to the outside and it was about what i expected. But less than 7 months after the 1 year warranty ended, the microwave died. It runs, but won't heat. The potential issues that could be fixed were ruled out, and it is the magnatron that went bad. A part that is almost as expensive as the microwave was new to replace. Just about a year and a half and it is going in the trash. If you buy this, get the extended warranty. Or get a nrand that has the extea warranty on the magnatron (some brands have a 5 or 10 year warranty on that part.) I'm really over having appliances that are built to be disposable.

This microwave works just as advertised. The large size is a definite benefit. The variety of sensor settings is also a plus with this unit.

When I was looking to replace my older GE microwave with a new one, I was looking at manufacturers like Whirlpool. But when it came down to price vs quality (reviews) vs features, this one came out ahead. And I’m glad I got it. No complaints!

Had zero problems installing. Fairly quiet. Good size. Fan speeds very good.

Good microwave. We have been using for a several months. No issues. Performs well.
