Something g is wrong with my turn table. Glass is to big and wheel won’t stay in place

I am enjoying this product and it’s so easy to use.

I wanted a GE microwave to replace an older one that died. I love GE appliances and was not disappointed with this one. It fit on the same plate so it made installation easy. I got the black slate and it is beautiful. It looks great with my stainless appliances. In addition the black interior is amazing. I’m so glad I bought this microwave.

It matches my other slate appliances, works well, and I have no complaints.

Love my microwave. The only complaint I have is the glass turntable sits high and positioned too close to the door. My microwave is above my oven. This makes it hard placing a bowl of liquid or cup of water above my head, to place on the glass tray. Because of how high the glass table sits, versus others that have the glass table laying into the bottom of the microwave. What happens is what ever I lift into the table often hits the glass causing a mug to crack. For those who are taller than me this may not be a problem. Other reviews mentioned this too. But it’s a good reliable microwave. I’d buy it again.

Had to replace our 4 year old GE Profile that died suddenly. Chose this model because I disliked the new Profile. So far really like it. Fan is better, much quieter, & does the job. Only negative which was my fault for not noticing is clock is a different color but I can get use to that!

Only have for about 1 month. So far seems to work fine, Has some nice features. Had an lg before that had an extended vent. Miss that, but no one else makes that feature and the lg kept having issues. Seems all these models get the door switch pbl, so I hope I won't see that for awhile Installed by Raymond and Isaiah. This makes the third GE over the range microwave I have owned over the years in three houses. They are reliable, easy to use and do a very good job cooking or warming food evenly and thoroughly. There are many short-cut features that making usage a breeze. If I should ever have a fourth over the range microwave, I have no doubt it will also be a GE.

It’s trial and error when you change to a new model. I’m learning how long to reheat things, and how to use new functions. I like the under lighting and clock display. I don’t like that the timer does not stop buzzing. I have to check if the default can be changed. So far it’s been pretty easy to figure out, and keep clean. I’ve used sensor reheat a few times. Food was hotter than I expected. Bacon cooks nicely on a paper plate and covered with a paper towel.

Good quality microwave with good features. The quick cook and auto defrost are used very often in our home. My daughter finds the melt feature invaluable for her freshman culinary class. This is a replacement oven and the display is a different color than our original oven.

I purchased this OTR Microwave along with all of the other appliances to match it for my new kitchen and I use this quite often to reheat and microwave potatoes. It works very well and is much larger then I thought it would be. It's a nice edition to my kitchen and I love the Black Slate since it doesn't show finger prints.

We replaced a 20 year old unit with this microwave. It matched all of the old units feature with a few additional ones. It was a straight forward replacement for the old unit, with a minimal amount of fuss. Installation took less than half an hour, including removing the old microwave. The only draw back I have seen, so far, is that the membrane keyboard is a little stiff. It is a good value for what it does (a lot).

Our microwave went out and we were able to find this one at Best Buy. We were happy that they came out in a few days and it was installed in no time. It works great and has a few extra settings than our old one. We are very happy.

Love our new Microwave. Seems to heat up faster and food comes out hotter then our old one. Looks great and the numbers on the clock are easier to see. I like the 4 levels on the exhaust fan. The price was nice and worth it.

This is my second GE microwave. First one lasted until about 3 months after the warranty ran out (15 months). Bought this one and it went kaput after 11 months. Used the warranty to get it fixed (took 4 different service trips and replaced almost all the parts). Four months later, the thing is dead again and now out of warranty. They offered me a $100 rebate to buy a new GE branded microwave as a replacement. This next one will likely be my last one because it last a long time or I’ll never purchase GE again.

This is a great microwave packed with good features for the price point of this model! Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful and works great. I like the dark interior. I am giving this a 4 because there is what looks like cardboard in the upper right of the inside of the microwave. I have only had it a few days so not sure how the cardboard looking piece will clean

Replaced a older ge microwave exactly same model number ..the brackets have been .modified and the new appliance has a flimsy feel when closing door
