    After using it for 8 days half of the numerical pad stopped working! I now have to wait almost 2 months for a replacement.

    The first order of this item was cancelled by best buy for reason unknown. Reorder was a month ago..still dont have the item

    Not heating food, Broke exactly after 2 years. My previous one was also GE that was broken after 1 year.

    I've had this microwave for almost 3 months and I already have to pull it out and take it in due to malfunctions with it's timer mechanism.

    Not Quite as Expected

    This was installed with TotalTech. This replaced another and had same issue of hot spots and cold. You can't set food in middle or you will end up with frost in part and hot in another. Set on side it does better but still frost on some. You have run again. The manual said wait 5 min for micro to cool between uses but that did not work either. Sent back. Thank you TotalTech!

    Microwave arrived with installers. Installers opened box to discover microwave scratched in multiple areas. Refused microwave as installers suggested. Installers have not returned with replacement therefore: This serves as notice to cancel this order in its entirety and refund the full amount paid on my visa credit card for the microwave, installers fee and all taxes.     I will never order anything on Bestbuy's website. It was virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone to get an exchange. This was a terrible experience.

    The "Geek Squad" could not install. Microwave still sitting in a box until I have an electrician to install it. There should be no installation or removal fee.
