This microwave oven works just like it should: quietly and evenly. The over-the-range features are solid (lighting and venting) and the unit is attractive. The Best Buy Geek Squad installed it quickly, cleanly and with zero problems. I am happy with this purchase.

No issues to date with unit. The installation was done on time and in a timely manner.

We were disappointed when our first GE over-the-range microwave quit after only 6 years. It had had one major repair. We always liked the way it worked though. Slate color is very hard to find and we had purchased the GE suite in slate. We ordered the updated version of the same microwave. Installation was a bit tricky as they had changed the brackets and the fan had to be moved as we vent through the roof. Once installed it looked great and fit very well. The handle doesn't feel as sturdy and the closing latch sounds kind of weak. We had seen reviews noting the handle didn't hold up. Keeping our fingers crossed and using the microwave multiple times every single day. It works well!

This was almost an exact duplicate of the microwave we replaced except .2 cubic in larger. The keyboard has a few more keys on it and it has a few more options to use. Best Buy came out and took out the old one that was broken after about 6 years and replaced it with this new one. Installation was wonderful and the crew was so nice and careful when they installed it and left no mess behind. The microwave works very well, heats nicely and has some nice quick key functions on it as well. We will be very happy with this one for its life (hopefully longer than 5-6 years) but that's the expected life of a microwave I guess. I think it was a good buy.

We have not been able to use this unit to any great degree, but it is noticeably quiet during operation, is easy to use and appears to cook thoroughly and evenly.

Microwave is great. i like the affordable cost. the microwave came without all the unnecessary frills keeping my cost low. the young man at pickup even helped me put it on the truck. ty

I recently got a new microwave, and it's been awesome! It fits right in with my stove and fridge, making my kitchen look great. It shipped fast and was pretty cheap for all the features it has. I'm really impressed with how well it works and how it adds to my kitchen's style!

Replaced old Convection/Microwave with new sensor cooking microwave. Much easier to use, great features and new black enamel inside. Works wonderful and you don’t need to be constantly pulling out an instruction book to figure out to use it. My husband even enjoys using it. BestBuy delivered it and installed it over the range and hauled the old one away. It was quick and easy! Great value and price!

This 1.9 cu. ft. GE above-the-range microwave is similar to what we were using. I wish the interior was finished in white instead of dark gray. It would be so much easier to clean inside if food splatters were more visible. Operation of microwave is good. Bought this microwave during a Black Friday sale.

Got it on a mega sale at Best Buy but glad I spent the extra money for it. I really like the sensor cooking, it takes the guess work out of heating up left overs and other food with out good instructions. It is really large on the inside but doesn’t seem to big on the exterior. Very easy to use and looks nice too.

It was by chance that we bought this Over the Range model. Our Best Buy sales person found the perfect fit. We were concerned because we have a high granite backsplash and our old unit barely fit and most of the new ones would not because of greater rear height. This G.E. unit, however, is perfect and actual fits better than the old one. But a surprise was coming: It works great and has a larger capacity and large turntable. Controls are easy to use and the unit is twice as quiet as the one it replaced. Excellent purchase!

It was exactly as advertised. I'm very happy with it.

Not made as well as same model that failed that was almost 5 years old. The stainless panels over the plastic shells are thinner metals. Keypad requires harder press than previous one,Wall mounting plate is thinner gauge metal than previous one ( same model number).Size is good. power seems accurate.
