I feel like maybe they should have waited until I got the refrigerator before they asked me to review.

What We Were Looking For

Unfortunately, it would have been nice if we could have leveled the refrigerator without using blocks of wood. The knobs broke off immediately. Now it’s taking two appointments to get it fixed.

Only downside and reason for one less star, is that the motor runs louder than other refrigerators we've had before. Otherwise fair price and fine quality.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was in the market for a secondary refrigerator/freezer and after having driven within a 30 mile radius of Eatontown, NJ (and checking at least a half dozen major appliance dealers), Best Buy came through once again with the best bang for my dollar. It was a year ago that I purchased an entire kitchen ensemble (for just under $10K) from the Eatontown, NJ store and after having shopped around, was not surprised to find that my search this time ended at Best Buy. From purchase to delivery, installation set up and repair...service can honestly be rated five star! Chances are all future purchases of any major appliances/electronics will start and end with Best Buy. I've learned over the years, "I didn't go wrong" and have no reason to believe that my most recent purchase will continue to perform in the future as perfectly as today!
