Delivery service was good. Fridge has problem with the water filter. Bought the official water filter and it will not work because it has to read a microchip so now we can't use the water filter feature.

It is the only bottom freezer, real counter depth refrigerator with water/ice dispenser that fits in my small kitchen. Produce drawers are on the small side and the sliding cold cuts/cheese drawer is made of thin plastic. For a small model it meets expectations but may be too small as a family refrigerator. Water filter works great so we no longer buy bottled water.

I cannot review the item (although I have to give stars to be able to post) as a few hours before delivery (which I had a nice amount of reminders about), the item was not in the warehouse, so could not be delivered. I was later told it would now be delivered October 10. I will be happy to review the product then. Meanwhile, I hope your IT department could loop in with inventory and delivery to coordinate one outcome for customers, and postpone expectatons and feedback opportunities. Good thing the front end of the store experience, the measuring guys who came out, and a salesperson to my home were so excellent, or this review might not be so relatively positive!

Small freezer Needs more space for bigger items such as jugs of ice tea or fruit drinks milk I have 2sons and I am a single mom And the capacity is good for a couple or has a small family

Originally ordered on 3/16 for delivery on 4/11. On 4/10 notified not available. Rescheduled for 4/14. On 4/11 notified not available. Next available 5/30. Why bother?

Best refrigerator we have ever had. The water/ice dispenser on the front is excellent. Delighted with purchase.

So excited to finally get my fridge. I have been waiting for a month for it. Delivery guys were great. You got it right this time.

I haven't used the refrigerator but got it at a discounted rate do to open box and will install soon when we move in our new house.

Glad I purchased it. Love the French doors and the water dispenser and the freezer on the bottom.

Within the first month, the freezer had a problem maintaining temperature and iced over everything we had in there. The water filter can only be bought through GE because there is a chip in it, and it won't be recognized otherwise. They're expensive to boot. Lastly, our compressor went out while still under warranty and the process to get it fixed has taken two weeks through GE. Their compensation for the lost food is laughable at best. It was not our first choice for a fridge, but it was the only one that fit in our space that had what we needed. I would not purchase it again.

Very nice fridge if you're looking for a smaller fridge.

Very disappointing you can't fit anything in the door bins at all and barely any storage room but that's the trade off when you buy countertop depth it fits perfectly and looks well but stores very little great if you are single or a young couple with no family members God help you if you are a cook and Baker you will have no room for anything I don't think I could go by GE again so disappointed it's also Extremely Loud the ice splatters out you have to really put something big in diameter to collect the ice.

it might seem small, but the design allows for more space than our previous larger one. ice and water on door works great.
