The refrigerator is a counter depth unit and is 33" wide. There aren't many choices in this size and if I had 36" there would be more choices and less expensive.

We bought this fridge for our new house. I don't know what the builder was thinking, but both the width and depth of the space for the refrigerator was limited. This made us look at counter depth refrigerators, and this one happened to be 33" wide as well. Things didn't start out well. The fridge was delivered and looked great, but when we put it in place we couldn't level it. I had a pro look at it and he showed me where the fridge had been dropped and the bottom frame bent. Here is the part where I'm glad I bought it at Best Buy. We called and they replaced it right away, no hassles at all. Now for the fridge itself: The outside looks great (black stainless) and doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. The doors are level and close easily. All of the shelves fit properly. The ice maker and electronics on the door work well, though I have to say that the temperature setting isn't accurate. I had to turn it down to 34 to get a temp of 37. The ice maker spout gets a B- for not channeling ice directly into the glass. You have to hold it very close to the spout. The water is cold and tastes great. The capacity of this refrigerator will be its downfall for some folks. There is just my wife and I and my son who occasionally drops by and raids the fridge. It works out fine for us, especially since we have a second fridge in the garage. This fridge will probably just barely cut it for a family of four, and even then your extra large pizza box won't fit and your space for leftovers will be limited. You can fit a gallon milk carton on the door, but I took out a top shelf on the left side to accommodate soda bottles. All in all, this fridge worked out great for us. Your mileage may vary.

I love my new refrigerator. I initially bought a larger side by side refrigerator and found out the hard way that it was too large for what I needed. I was in a hurry to buy during the black Friday period and realized that I had a wall that would not allow me to open my refrigerator wide enough to reach in. I replaced it with this counter depth, smaller french door unit and so far, I love it. I still have the wall issue, but with the french doors, at least I can open both doors to reach inside. The freezer is on the small side, but I'm able to cope with that. I also just noticed that because of the counter depth, I can actually reach into the cabinets above the refrigerator without getting a stool, a plus I did not expect.

I am really enjoying this refrigerator. I needed counter depth in order to open nearby cabinet doors. I love the finish, not too dark and magnetic! But this is louder than any fridge or dishwasher that I have ever owned. And it cycles at least twice daily through this noise. Then some days not at all. Calling repair people next.

Nice fridge.. its not extremely big but its for my cabin so its ok. If it were for every day use id probably recommend a larger fridge with more interior space. Another thing, I cannot get the handles to stay on. Ive followed the directions provided but thry don't stay on. Putting in a call to geek squad, who delivered it

It is one of the only refrigerators that would fit in my space. It's smaller then my previous one. But I needed another refrigerator. The motor is a little loud when it runs and the ice dispenser is a little loud. Also sometimes the water isn't cold. But I was told that was normal with this model.

What I like is that you can see everything clearly; no more hidden food. And that the lights are bright. The freezer is not that roomy but good enough for two people. According to the picture on website an ice bin was to be included to use to store extra ice cubes, but was not delivered with the refrigerator. I called about it and was told it did not come with that particular model. My suggestion- please remove the storage bin from the picture. Casey delivered my fridge and he was very mannerly, careful and knowledgeable. Thank you Casey.

It's a small fridge, but it works really well in my kitchen. I love the counter depth and all the features work well. If you have a large family, this fridge may not be ideal, but it works great for two people.

I love the frig its all that I had to go through to get it to my home and get rid of the old one. The corona virus was the excuse for not being able to do anything, It was all very stressful and time consuming. I will not ever purchase anything else from Best Buy.

We were restricted to counter-depth. This was a GREAT solution for our household. The color is awesome, space is great and adjustable for all our needs. Definitely would recommend this to friends & family.

Would have helped if the installers would have assembled the shelves for refrigerator. I still have 2 and no clue where they go.

I had to get this narrow frig because of the size of the opening in my kitchen. I have a few problems with the plastic shelving on the doors - the front angles inward and is not squared off. Makes it hard to store more than a couple of things like milk or orange juice jugs. Also, the plastic drawers for the cheese and meats runs the width of the frig and never pushes back in smoothly. They should be separate drawers. There are also very tiny plastic shelves on the door with the tiny icemaker, that are so narrow that they might only hold a tube of tomato paste or a couple of small salad dressing bottles. This frig cost a lot of money, but it is a poor design all around. It makes me want to redesign my whole kitchen, just so I can get a different frig. The only thing that I like is the Slate finish.

We are so happy with the purchase of this refrigerator. It is roomier then you think, so easy to see what is inside, no more being wasteful.

The handles are not secure and fall off when you touch them. I made an appointment with the geek squad to come back to fix the issue and the window was from 12-6pm. At 6:40pm, I called to ask what is the issue, why they still hadn't arrived and I was told that the window was from 12-8pm. I have a text from them reminding me of the appointment window that clearly states 12-6pm. Other than that... the refrigerator is good. 1 star for geek squad. 5 stars for in store clerk who helped me with my purchase.

The refrigerator works great, however buying online is a little harder than seeing it in person. It's smaller than we expected but didn't do the correct measurements compared to the old one. It's a fine refrigerator for old people who shouldn't have so much stuff anyway. We especially like the ice and water dispenser on the front and the buttons to push are much better than the old one.

I do not feel the design layout is very good. This refrigerator is actually a lot bigger than our last but it holds less. We also have had issues with the kids after dispenser. It is so slow! 2 minutes to fill up a 20oz water bottle.

The only complaint is the freezer. The way it’s designed you can’t fit even a small pizza in it. I think it could have been designed better as far as that aspect goes. But I love everything else about it.

I love that it doesnt stick out from my counters like my large fridge did. Less space but it isn't so bulky.
