How can that be? I have no way of getting my freezer below 5 degrees as it stays in the 5 to 10 range. The one adjustment for the fridge is on the coldest setting so nowhere to go with this one.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time adjusting the freezer so it stays at 5 degrees or below. Please make certain the freezer door is closing and sealing properly. Also, if the freezer is empty, add gallon jugs of water filled 3/4's full to take up the empty space. The freezer and refrigerator run optimally at half to 3/4's full.
