They did everything they could to get my new fridge through the narrow doors, and had it installed and running in no time! Second time we use Best Buy, first we replaced the washer - the Geek Squad did an outstanding job there too!

Installers were courteous and practiced social distancing during the process. Good experience and the refrigerator works well as a spare in our garage.

Upon arrival customer service was good and then they just took it off the truck and left. We have purchased many items in the past and they have always set them up without asking. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not use Best Buy for delivery again.

Freezer is a little larger. Seems well made and was easy to switch the handles to the other side. Delivery went well. Very pleased.
