The freezer always has frozen water pieces. Waste of money. Very bad quality fir the money. Have to call to return. The service not good either. Had to convince the delivery to haul away the old fridge (I paid for it. Not only the freezer goes not fit anything, the top compartment is small to. I had to buy organizers.

The top fridge portion is built very nicely. However, the quality of the freezer drawer is very poor. The top tray in the freezer is not very stable. Today we noticed that the freezer drawer doesn't close tightly. The ice maker makes loud sounds. Water dispenser is inside the fridge and is very uncomfortable to use. We have been very happy with GE appliances in the past. This model doesn't meet the quality expectation. Very disappointed in this purchase. I have to say that the purchase experience with Best Buy was excellent. The best buy sales team is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Definitely recommend paying for delivery and setup!

Great freezer space for all family. Only have had it for less then a month. So hope it lasts a long time without any repairs. Installed June 11 2019

The service to have it delivered was the WORST appliance experience I have ever had. It was delayed. I was not informed. I was informed it was coming, it never showed. It got rescheduled and delayed again, not informed. I was promised a gift card - it never arrived. I've talked to customer support 4 times with extreme hold times. Never received a gift card. I'll not be ordering from Best Buy again. Beware of both their delivery and customer support. Both failed me.
