Love the look of this refrigerator. It is a wee bit shallow but on the bright side I don't lose anything in the way back of the fridge anymore.

The water is a little difficult for an older person or a person with one hand. The refrigerator is noisy. The door space is very good. It is easy to clean. There is alot of plastic.

I replaced an old Kenmore fridge with this one, Even though it is bigger on the outside, it is somehow smaller on the inside. The produce drawers are ridiculously small, won't even hold a stalk of celery or an English cucumber, the bottom deli drawer gets so cold everything freezes. I made the mistake of sticking my long produce in that drawer and it all froze solid and was ruined. The freezer is so tiny you cannot put a standard size frozen pizza in there. The shelves in the fridge are very shallow, will not hold a large baking sheet or party platter. The shelves are not deep enough for a fridge pack of soda. All of the storage space is in the bins on the door, which is great if all you have is condiments. I wish I had kept my old leaky Kenmore.

Hey everybody, I'm here to give you the inside scoop on why this fridge is trash - that statement is not extreme, it is accurate and VERIFIED by the technician! They built this thing to give out right when the warranty expires, it's a total scam. Mine is 1 yr and 4 months old, and a few weeks ago it started making crazy loud noises. After trouble shooting it was clear that the fan in the freezer was hitting some sort of ice blockage. I unplugged the fridge for a day, had to throw out all my stuff, and let it drain. That fixed it for about a week, then the noises come back but even worse. $400 later, the technician tells me THEY USE OLD TECHNOLOGY in this fridge - outdated glass coils to melt the ice around the fan, that no other company uses. All other brands use stainless steel coils bc glass coils are fragile and stupid. They are meant to last 5 years tops, however this machine was poorly built so they only lasted over a year. I'll be replacing coils for $400 every few years for the longevity of this machine's life. Do not buy this. GE is a terrible brand, my technician recommended Samsung and I wish I could go back in time, because I now know that this fridge is going to be a headache for years to come.
