Easy overall to use

This one has 200watts more of power & so far seems to have a better sensor for cooking than our previous one. Hopefully it will last 7-8 years. My wife is happy with it and her use so far.

Beverage button is a grand addition. It actually sensors your mug multiple times during the cycle, to get that piping hot cup of coffee.

It replaced the same model purchaed years ago when the key pad stopped working. Loved this model, so that's why we purchased the same model.

When time came to replace it I was happy to see Best Buy had this new 1200 watt full-size model in stock. Highly recommend this one.

This model fit perfectly into the cabinetry and we were able to use our existing surround package. It has worked well since we installed it.

That would be my favorite feature. Our old one took at least twice as long and it was the same wattage. Also love the size. I can put a couple large items in there at one time to warm up together. The timing on Popcorn and Baked Potatoes is perfect too!!

There is one feature I don't particularly like, but I do understand the reason for it. Apparently as a child/appliance safety feature, after the door has been closed for a few seconds (or minutes, I haven't timed it), the microwave will not start again until you open and close the door again. This is probably to ensure that it isn't started accidentally without any food in it, which may damage the oven.
