It's under warranty, and I'd be perfectly happy with the problem repaired, or replaced with the same model. Very satisfied overall.

Great Microwave

Best Buy has always had what we needed, and within a few moments, found a worthy replacement. We're happy with the features (fits 13 x 9 baking dishes), and also with how quiet it is. And the fact that it was on sale was icing on the cake.

Easy to use microwave

So often I want to heat items for a minute or two and all you have to do is shut the door and press the 1 or 2 button and the microwave immediately starts cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Also, if you need 1 1/2 minutes, just press the 1 and then the “add 30 sec.” button. Easy!

Same brand and size as one that stopped working after we had it for 7 years. This one was manufactured in April 2018.

Beverage button is a grand addition. It actually sensors your mug multiple times during the cycle, to get that piping hot cup of coffee.

This one has 200watts more of power & so far seems to have a better sensor for cooking than our previous one. Hopefully it will last 7-8 years. My wife is happy with it and her use so far.

This model fit perfectly into the cabinetry and we were able to use our existing surround package. It has worked well since we installed it.
