our new microwave is perfect for us and for many others cooks evenly so easy to use while many products are complicated as a bonus it is attractive for our kitchen which has black cabinets and stainless steel and black appliances

This replaced the one that we had built in for 10 years. It is almost identical to the one we had which we loved. This one works GREAT as well!!!

We bought this item since we couldn’t find a white one to replace our old microwave. It’s a good product, everything works well, except the open door button always gets stuck inside. It pops right out if you close the door though.

Had a GE profile microwave appliance and this was the only one that fit perfectly without purchasing frame kit. Same exact size and looks and works great ! Saved hundreds of dollars and did it myself !!

This model has issues and gone bad in 9 months, I have bad experience in returning this. When I purchased I paid for 4 year warrenty. Initially called Greek squad and they have asked me to contact GE since it is under manufacture warranty, GE said they can’t repair and return to Best Buy, I did and they refund for only for microwave not warranty. Please be aware of Best Buy, they won’t refund, it’s actually waste of money and time and it is a scam.

I shopped around for the Microwave that fit the counter space I had and Best Buy had the same price as a few other retailers but promised a better delivery system. They promised to have it Saturday for sure and called me on Thursday with the product. I picked it up in the parking lot, rather they put it in the trunk of my car for me and all went smoothly. I very happy that they kept the 6 social distance and lived up to their promise.

I purchased this to replace an LG that didn't last more than a little over a year. So far this one works as expected and has the features that we use most often.

This microwave fits our needs, lifestyle, space and budget. It is huge for a countertop model. That's 1200 watts, a 14" turntable, The usual buttons and options offered with most microwaves now, without all the "extras" we don't need or use. When you have too many modes and options, things can breakdown and I don't need the headache. The store even price matched for me.

You really don't need to read the instructions on how to use the microwave. Everything is basically written on a label inside of the microwave. Foods heats up exactly like you want it.
