I’ve had mine for years and wanted one exactly like the one I had. The only difference is the way the reheat button works. I am VERY disappointed that there was no hard copy of the owners manually included.

Great Customer Service on Exchange

There are some new processes and that is fine with us as we wanted an newer and more up-to-date model. We are so looking forward to trying all the possibilities that this model has to offer.

I'd read it in a review, it is a little annoying at about a 30 deg. off center you lose part of your view of the clock.

The REHEAT function works especially well. Express buttons for 1 - 6 minutes oh HIGH. I don't think you can use them on lower power. Much better than the microwave we had for only three years.
