I exchanged it for another LG and I absolutely love it. I have had it for about 9 months and it does great at heating things.

This one works great, has plenty of room inside, several nice short cut options (Add 30, Express minute keys (6), etc.) Is also attractive on the outside-- sleek, not "clunky". Would buy again.

It more or less is the same but the materials on this one seem to be flimsier/cheaper. I can’t quite explain it, i just hope it lasts as long as the one we replaced. For $300 after taxes it better

It works well, but I'm less than impressed with the quality of the construction. Pressing the button to open the door is not a "smooth" mechanism - feels "cheap".

Nice Microwave, But Maybe Will Not Last

It was; however, a replacement purchase to replace a five-year-old machine that was exactly the same. That was unacceptibly short for replacement.

Door made of light weigh material, making door closing noisy. Reheat setting result in food very hot in some areas and very cold in others. Pop Corn setting works very good

With regard to your concerns with the "Reheat" cooking function. Please review the following instructions found on Page 22 of the owner's manual:
The Reheat feature reheats single servings of previously cooked foods or a plate of leftovers.
Place covered food in the oven. Press Reheat. The oven starts immediately.
The oven signals when steam is sensed and the time remaining begins counting down.
Do not open the oven door until time is counting down.
If the door is opened, close it and press START immediately.
After removing food from the oven, stir, if possible, to even out the temperature. Reheated foods may have wide variations in temperature. Some areas may be extremely hot.
If this information does not improve the use the Reheat cooking function we would recommend returning the unit to your local store for exchange.

Thought I put the timer on but turned the microwave on and ran into the other room. It was about 20 minutes before I realized all smoke and everything was contained in the microwave. It’s an awesome quality product
