    Works well, but electric cord is very short, had to plug into surge suppressor power strip, keeps tripping it after 4 and 1/2 minutes. Have a regular outlet close to where you are going to use this microwave.

    We bought this due to having the silence/mute option. There are a lot of extra options we will probably never use but good to have the extra heating options.

    For the price, it looks and works great. It also fit our old trim kit which is attached to the previous model, this saved us 200 dollars.

    All in all, a good product. Biggest complaint is the touch pads do not consistently register your touch and you have to repeat the instruction.
