I really have enjoyed the new microwave, had a few challenges learning to operate it, but now its it's all automatic for me.

Some damage to box upon delivery on the back side near the fan. The unit appears to work ok, but the fan is very loud. This was the second delivery that came with damage to the box. The first delivery was sent back with damage to the case, electrical plug and door. Although the second unit delivered has a small dent, I kept it. I hope the loud fan noise is not an indication that the unit life is compromised. The first of this model unit I bought, lasted over ten years....wonder how long this will go ? I would have to recommend that if buying these units, it be done in a store to inspect the box and run the unit before you take it home

This was an exact replacement for a GE Profile microwave that would no longer heat after 12 years. It works just like our other one and we were really happy with the price we paid at Best Buy.

Good. This is a second one I purchased. First one didn’t work and warranty covered by GE. Warranty took care of it and mailed a check to cover second new one. I should have add extend warranty. Thank you warranty dept

My mom needed to replace an older GE microwave with similar features....this is perfect! and she loves it! The best part is that it fits into her existing trim kit! It is "built-in" over a wall oven.

This is a powerful microwave. There will be some learning curves if you have had anything under 1000W machine before.

Had a problem with our Panasonic microwave door latch system; couldn't use the oven anymore. This GE seems to have a better design in the latching system. Time will tell!

Our built in microwave died after 9 years and I was worried it would be expensive to replace. I bought this one because it looked very similar to our old one. WOW! It fit in the cabinet mounting hardware perfectly! It looks great and is working fine!

Works well, but electric cord is very short, had to plug into surge suppressor power strip, keeps tripping it after 4 and 1/2 minutes. Have a regular outlet close to where you are going to use this microwave.

replaced old microwave - new one works ok - outer quality of materials is poor as compared to same old model!

Love it ,matches my older 1 but a newer version ,sleek and rounded cornera easy to clean

All in all, a good product. Biggest complaint is the touch pads do not consistently register your touch and you have to repeat the instruction.

We’ve been using GE microwave for years now and never had any issues, highly recommend.

We bought this due to having the silence/mute option. There are a lot of extra options we will probably never use but good to have the extra heating options.

We've had it for 3 months and it has been working well. It didn't quite fit the trim kit that we had for a previous GE microwave.
