    For the price, it looks and works great. It also fit our old trim kit which is attached to the previous model, this saved us 200 dollars.

    EXCELLENT microwave. only negative is the plastic covering on the number panel rips /tears easily even with 2 weeks usage.

    Mostly reheats, defrosts, and cooks satisfactorily but some operations are confusing, sometimes resulting in failure to cycle. These instances are not explained in the user manual, and only corrected through trial and error. Making matters worse, the manufacturer gives no support number to call; only lines to purchase extended warranty or ads for other appliances. I have only had this microwave less than a month so I hope this improves with time.

    Microwave came in excellent condition. Works well. I really like the large turntable. Also the buttons are easy to use, enough settings, with not too many. Timer is great too. Really glad I purchased this microwave.
