By the time I was able to use the Microwave my 2 week return date had passed. The Microwave was not new and it had been dropped by who ever had it before we purchased it. the inside of the unit on the door was damage and the turn table hesitates as it turns. I am not sure how long it will stay working due to sometimes it does not heat the way it should.

Buttons are hard to press and the popcorn sensor option overcooks if not paying attention…what’s the point! I’ve had it for 8 months and every time I use it I, wished I returned it. For the folks that gave this thing 5 stars, their bar must have been set so low.
