    Stay away from this unit. GE admits there are problems with it. They will not even repair it. After problems with 3 units in less than 5 months had to fight with Comer relations to get them to send a different unit.

This is a model that we have offered for many years and over the years it has proven to be a very reliable model. The warranty on this model like many of our countertop units provides for replacement of the unit rather than service.     stopped working at one year. All of a sudden the thing stops heating. I tried every recommendation and still doesn't heat. Then they want to charge $99 to come look at tit. Not to fix but come look at it. I knew I should have went with LG.

    Return Date passed found Microwave does NOT work

    Got a GE 2.0 Stainless Steel and come to find out after the return date has passed that the Microwave does not work/ heat you it on it just completes the time without heating the food

    Do not purchase. I have gone through 2 in a year. This make and model does not hold up to anything. This time it has been used maybe 5 times amd it has stopped working. It is junk.

    returned 2 of the same item. Received with dent in top corner of door. Must be a manufacturer fault because both were identical. Shouldn't spend a couple of hundred dollars and have something with a visible flaw. I can't comment on how it works as we never even plugged them in.

    If you've seen the movie Pet Detective, that's how the product was delivered (at least when it arrived on the porch). The delivery folks should have rejected it and returned it instead of making us return it. We should have had it shipped to the store instead. Returned the item and both for cheaper at Lowe's.

    Worked well for 1 year, 3 months and then completely died after microwaving a bowl of rice for 90 seconds. I would expect better from GE.

    Bought this in Jan 2020, and smelling like burning plastic by Sept 2021. So mad about how long it lasted for this price point. I had higher expectations of GE products.

    I received this microwave as a replacement. I've only had it for 2 weeks. The fan inside the microwave make a loud sound. This is my 3rd microwave in 3 years. I don't recommend.
