I ordered this microwave and had it shipped to my home. After 4 days it came to my house through UPS. Opened box and didnt even get it out of the box and could see a huge dent in the side. So I called Best Buy to tell them this. They said they would order a new one but we would have to exchange it in store. Okay, I made the 80 mile trek. No problem with the exchange Best Buy was very accommodating. Got the new one home and my son made breakfast the next morning before work. It was only one minute. It kept beeping. So I got out the manual and couldn't find out why so I called GE. They don't open until 8 am. I waited and called again. They asked what was on the display panel and I told them. They said the mother board blew. I told them it was only used ONE MINUTE. They said sorry but you will have to take it back where you bought it. So again I trek back to Best Buy, 160 mile round trip. This time I said I’m done, return my money. Which they did. I don't feel this is Best Buy’s fault, but I wont be buying GE anytime soon.

This is similar to the one I had. I like how easy it is to use. This one is larger than my last one. Great machine.

Nice microwave oven for a relatively low price. We like the coated interior, no plastic. Would have liked the larger 2.0 but room constraints prevailed. Does the job for us

This model replaced a GE microwave that we bought a little over two years ago. The original microwave just stopped working. Even though that unit was out of warranty, GE gave us a credit for more than what it cost us to apply towards a new one. We ended up with a larger and more powerful microwave and all we were out of pocket was the sales tax. It was a win win for us.

No problems yet. Easy to use. Works very well. The real test for me will be how long it lasts.

After doing online research, I bought this microwave for the office. Two month's later and it's still great. It gets used heavily on a daily basis, at least a dozen times at lunch alone. Everyone has commented on how even the cooking is. I've heard comments that it's much better with the frozen meals too. We're all a bunch of happy campers so far.

Useful if slightly expensive microwave - does what every microwave does, plus easy to install because the GE metal (builders) fascade

This is a very solid unit that fit perfectly in our microwave cabinet. It does an amazing job of defrosting if food is turned as recommended - no hot spots with cooked food. Cooking is very even.

Bought this as a replacment for my 11 year old GE built in microwave. Fit perfectly in the existing framework. All the controls are even the same. Works very well.

This is our second purchase of this model - the first one we bought 14 yeas ago. It was reliable , easy to use, and easy to clean. I believe strongly this second one will be just as the first.

The price was right. I looked through many different brands of microwaves but this GE brand was the right size for my table top size and the price was in budget. Obviously every brand has different ways of operation, took me a minute to figure it out. It's much quieter than my older brand and much faster. You can't lose with a GE brand™.

Nice size heats up great nice features works very good

My previous microwave was the same size as the GE that I recently bought and I loved the old one because it heated up so quickly. I love the GE even more for two reasons. #1. The GE heats up even faster. #2. It's easy to see inside when running because it's brighter inside. I'm very happy with my new purchase and plan to have it for many years.

Originally purchased a GE at a discount do-it-yourself store and it wasn't functioning properly and had to return. Hesitant to purchase another GE but am glad we did. This one works as it should, a little larger than needed. Buttons are a bit different from what we are used to but it works!
