Needed an easy to use microwave in a hurry for my elderly parents. Easy to read function panel, large size, easy to clean features sealed the deal.

This is a sturdy product so much so, I purchased it again after having it for 5 years. I believe my kids put a metal plate inside and broke it. It’s the only reason to replace it. With a family of 6, it is a workhorse.

This microwave is easy to use. I love the cooking dials on the microwave. It has lots of room to put a large item. It is easy to clean.

This overall is a very good and big microwave. Just careful on the pre-setting for cooking food or just heating stuff. This is a fast cooking microwave but better fast then slow. this only the second microwave my family has bought in the last 35 years and the first 1 microwave lasted 34yrs and 10 months. So I have had this microwave for about a couple of months. Lot has changed on the microwaves. If you want a big microwave get this one, 2 thumbs up.

I like the microwave. Easy to use. It's a little big but that's good for big dishes.

It's just a plain Jane microwave, but it does the job. It's large enough for larger bowls and plates, not exceedingly noisey and powerful.

Perfect size for the counter and heats things evenly and consistently. Definitely waaay better than the old piece of junk we used to have.

This microwave is roomy, and has all the settings I need! The color matches my other appliances I am pleased with my purchase.

I was looking for an exact replacement for the microwave that came with my house, and this was it. It works just like the old one so there was no learning curve and it fit in the space exactly the same as well.

Seems to work well for heating, but with child lock turned off, door does not close as well as it should.

Had a microwave where you had to use 2 hands to shut the door. Got tired of wrists hurting. Searched several websites, Consumer Reports, reviews, etc. This one is just what we need. Only 2 users, but still needed room inside to heat several bowls/dishes of food at once. Most in this price point don't have the room. So far, so good, a few weeks in.

This works great in our newly updated kitchen. Just the right size and very easy to use.

The size of this microwave is enormous. No problem fitting anything in that i want to heat up. Heats up food very fast.

We purchased this microwave to replace the built-in microwave that stopped working. We have had to replace this particular microwave basically every year and half. We are now having to buy it again, making our third time replacing this appliance. It works just fine until it doesn’t. The manufacturers warranty is only good for one year pass purchase

I ordered this microwave and had it shipped to my home. After 4 days it came to my house through UPS. Opened box and didnt even get it out of the box and could see a huge dent in the side. So I called Best Buy to tell them this. They said they would order a new one but we would have to exchange it in store. Okay, I made the 80 mile trek. No problem with the exchange Best Buy was very accommodating. Got the new one home and my son made breakfast the next morning before work. It was only one minute. It kept beeping. So I got out the manual and couldn't find out why so I called GE. They don't open until 8 am. I waited and called again. They asked what was on the display panel and I told them. They said the mother board blew. I told them it was only used ONE MINUTE. They said sorry but you will have to take it back where you bought it. So again I trek back to Best Buy, 160 mile round trip. This time I said I’m done, return my money. Which they did. I don't feel this is Best Buy’s fault, but I wont be buying GE anytime soon.
