I used it for about one week and then ordered a different brand. I don't think the sensor cook was working correctly. Operation of the microwave was very loud. There was no operation manual included. I could download one for $1 which would be refunded. Once I attempted to download, I started getting odd notices on my internet, almost like a virus. No way was I going to enter a credit card number for a 1$ charge and then refund. I will be donating this item. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it.

I wanted another brand that would hopefully last longer. We've had this microwave a few months and I really like it. It has all the right buttons and it is very user friendly. The defrost setting seems to work much better then on past microwaves we've had. It doesn't cook the edges and just thaws it out. I would buy this microwave again and would recommend it.
