The microwave is no longer making any beeping noise and I'm not sure its even heati f properly anymore. The plastic on the numbers are also starting to peel. - I do not recommend.

Great Customer Service on Exchange

The REHEAT function works especially well. Express buttons for 1 - 6 minutes oh HIGH. I don't think you can use them on lower power. Much better than the microwave we had for only three years.

So far, it (microwave) has performed fine. So did the last one of this (older) model, until it cracked on the inside. Not knowing why it did that, since we always keep our microwave very clean. Hopefully any kinks have been fixed and we will have this one for years to come!

It just didn't fit well into the opening we have. A trim kit was paired with it on the website, but it turns out the trim kit didn't fit it, because there is no trim kit made for it. So we returned both and started over.
