After problems with 3 units in less than 5 months had to fight with Comer relations to get them to send a different unit.

This is a model that we have offered for many years and over the years it has proven to be a very reliable model. The warranty on this model like many of our countertop units provides for replacement of the unit rather than service. Must be a manufacturer fault because both were identical. Shouldn't spend a couple of hundred dollars and have something with a visible flaw. I can't comment on how it works as we never even plugged them in.

The delivery folks should have rejected it and returned it instead of making us return it. We should have had it shipped to the store instead. Returned the item and both for cheaper at Lowe's.
