    Stay away from this unit. GE admits there are problems with it. They will not even repair it. After problems with 3 units in less than 5 months had to fight with Comer relations to get them to send a different unit.

This is a model that we have offered for many years and over the years it has proven to be a very reliable model. The warranty on this model like many of our countertop units provides for replacement of the unit rather than service.     This is my 2nd one. The last one I had lasted about 5 years. It worked well, up until it didn’t, then I just got another one.

    Got a GE 2.0 Stainless Steel and come to find out after the return date has passed that the Microwave does not work/ heat you it on it just completes the time without heating the food

    returned 2 of the same item. Received with dent in top corner of door. Must be a manufacturer fault because both were identical. Shouldn't spend a couple of hundred dollars and have something with a visible flaw. I can't comment on how it works as we never even plugged them in.

    If you've seen the movie Pet Detective, that's how the product was delivered (at least when it arrived on the porch). The delivery folks should have rejected it and returned it instead of making us return it. We should have had it shipped to the store instead. Returned the item and both for cheaper at Lowe's.

    Worked well for 1 year, 3 months and then completely died after microwaving a bowl of rice for 90 seconds. I would expect better from GE.

    Bought this in Jan 2020, and smelling like burning plastic by Sept 2021. So mad about how long it lasted for this price point. I had higher expectations of GE products.

    I bought this Microwave June 4 2020 stop heating food up December 14 2020 that should tell you something. GE DOESN'T NOT WONT TO REPLACE IT

    Just purchased and already stop heating our food up. Call manufacture to get it repaired but the microwave is to new they don't make parts for it.

    Only lasted a week or 2 and quit working. Buttons VERY user unfriendly, sometimes it heats too much or too little, using the same amount of the same thing and same container so unpredictable how to calculate time to get desired temperature. Piece of Junk.
