This was the only bran that the store had in the color I wanted, so I purchased it even though I was reluctant. But, after using it I was extremely pleased. Therefore,I have no regrets whatsoever. All of the features are fantastic.

My issue is the door "button" sticks if it is pushed in on the left side. There is a short delay before it returns to its regular position. Using the right side of the "button" to open the door seems to work fine.

You can hit "1" to cook 1 minute, but if you want 1:20, you have to hit "time cook," then 120, then start. I prefer entering the time on the numeric keypad and hitting "start"

It works fantastic, and the only issue we had is when it died due to an electrical problem not related to the microwave after 10 years of service.

When you are looking at microwaves make sure it has the features you want. This one has it all. White interior, light comes on when you open it, reheat function, easy to use keypad. Reheat and popcorn is spot on. ( Got this to replace 20 month old Panasonic that was always crap)
