largest Microwave on the market. difficult learning the settings from our old microwave.

We had owned and operated the same model for some years. Loved it. When it stopped working, we replaced it with the same GE model, delivered 12/13/2022. Then, the new one ceased working, despite careful use and cleaning, on 02/02/2024. 1 year and 59 days. When I started a recipe of plain rice in our microwave rice cooker (2 1/2 cups rice, 3 1/2 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt, 16:30 minutes at 70% power). While the rice was cooking, I prepared 2 large salads. After salads were completed, the microwave still showed 14:00 to go!! I KNOW I DIDN'T WASH, SLICE, AND PLATE TWO SALADS IN 2 MINUTES. I opened the door and checked the rice. It was fully cooked (4 cups yield), and then some. It was beginning to dry out. I then popped in a small cup of coffee for 00:00:30 on high. (The microwave roared; but, it didn't heat the coffee.) I think the timer may have gone out, leading to an overlong cooking period, perhaps? I'm guessing. I don't know if there's a fix, or a replacement, but I'm terribly disappointed. The $250 didn't last very long.

Very big and roomy. the microwave sound is not noisy at all. very reliable. I will recommend this.

We don't cook with the microwave, more of a reheat or melt kind of family. This microwave is quick, quiet and convenient, especially compared to the one it replaced. Easy to use, not tricks needed to get it started.

The issue is BB’s attention to detail in packaging. The 1st unit I received got a dent in the door.  The 2nd unit was a cracked display.  I went to the BB store, and it was OOS.  Was told they won’t replace it per manager, they’re losing money.

Easy to set up and start using, has plenty of power to quickly heat up leftovers. It also will bake a potato in just minutes. As you can see I’m not a gourmet type of cook but I do have to eat and this microwave suits me to a “t”

This is a good size microwave oven and it does a good job reheating food and drink. Only gave a 4 star rating because Best Buy would charge me a recycling fee to take my old microwave for proper recycling.

Overall, this is a good size microwave with decent power. It is relatively low noise machine. This is also my third microwave - it does not last for very long.

The microwave is awesome, but I didn't realize just how big it was! It is close to being too big, but I would still recommend it (just make sure you have the right space for it). Works great and no issues so far!

This is my 4th. Microwave in 29 years and this one has surpassed my expectations. Reheats very quickly and defrosts very well. I'm glad I picked this microwave (My Wife picked it).

My family loves this large Microwave in White on Counter. I am buying another one. More expensive than the one that I had that broke but so worth it, bigger and better. Cooks good.

This microwave has high power and large capacity with easy to use cooking settings. It does an excellent job. Also the cost is much lower than a lot of other models.

This microwave works as a microwave should. It's large, so make sure you have the space for it!

excellent cooking easy to set preferred time and level as a bonus for us, it is particularly attractive because our kitchen has black cabinets, black and stainless steel appliances and this microwave is black with stainless steel trim

This model has issues and gone bad in 9 months, I have bad experience in returning this. When I purchased I paid for 4 year warrenty. Initially called Greek squad and they have asked me to contact GE since it is under manufacture warranty, GE said they can’t repair and return to Best Buy, I did and they refund for only for microwave not warranty. Please be aware of Best Buy, they won’t refund, it’s actually waste of money and time and it is a scam.

Nice unit we replaced a beautiful Sharp carousel that had finally given up the reviews were good on this model so we purchased it I would rated five stars easy to use easy to clean

I was looking for a microwave that I could see the numbers, as everything is white on black background and hard to see if they are tiny. I have had it for only a couple of weeks and it's been real easy to use all functions.
