The original microwave just stopped working. Even though that unit was out of warranty, GE gave us a credit for more than what it cost us to apply towards a new one. We ended up with a larger and more powerful microwave and all we were out of pocket was the sales tax. It was a win win for us.

Read the installation instructions closely and follow them; I did and the mounting holes/screws and height all were in the appropriate location.

I looked through many different brands of microwaves but this GE brand was the right size for my table top size and the price was in budget. Obviously every brand has different ways of operation, took me a minute to figure it out. It's much quieter than my older brand and much faster. You can't lose with a GE brand™.

I love the GE even more for two reasons. #1. The GE heats up even faster. #2. It's easy to see inside when running because it's brighter inside. I'm very happy with my new purchase and plan to have it for many years.

I currently have mine on silent, no annoying beeping noise when something is done cooking. Ty GE for a well made, quality Microwave. It fits my every need and it's very spacious inside too. It takes up a bit of space on the counter but it's worth it!

Hesitant to purchase another GE but am glad we did. This one works as it should, a little larger than needed. Buttons are a bit different from what we are used to but it works!
