I used it for about one week and then ordered a different brand. I don't think the sensor cook was working correctly. Operation of the microwave was very loud. There was no operation manual included. I could download one for $1 which would be refunded. Once I attempted to download, I started getting odd notices on my internet, almost like a virus. No way was I going to enter a credit card number for a 1$ charge and then refund. I will be donating this item. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it.

The only negative comment I have is that the microwave manual is not included. It is available online and you need to print it out yourself, 35 pages of your printer ink. Not everyone has a smart phone or a computer/printer. The manual should be included with the microwave.

The microwave is no longer making any beeping noise and I'm not sure its even heati f properly anymore. The plastic on the numbers are also starting to peel. - I do not recommend.
