You get what you pay for. It does the job of a cheap microwave, that's it. The clock is hidden from view if you're not looking at it straight on. And the button sticks and not because it's dirty, just a bad design.

It fits the trim the GE built in microwave replaced.

Great replacement microwave for the previous model we had. Bracket kit and fill pieces mounted in the same place so no modifications and a little more powerful than the original.

Worked great for 2 years before fan motor seized. Part out of stock at GE and just past extended warranty. Decided to replace due to size, function, heating quality, and familiarity with the controls. This problem also doesn't seem to be a common issue based on other posted reviews. Marked down to 3 stars as I expect a microwave subjected to normal home use to run for at least 4 years without issue. I chalk it up to differences in overall manufacturer quality as my previous unit was still running fine at 8 years.

We had always had Amana microwaves but decided to try GE. I’m glad we did. This is a great microwave. Very easy to setup. Cooks and defrosts quickly and easy to clean.

Happy with purchase as this microwave has plenty of functions and is larger to fill an open space where a built-in was.

Great Microwave no issues. I had to buy a custom built in kit which wasn't anymore expensive than what they sell at Best Buy.

Worked perfectly for 8 months. Then one morning went to open the door, pushed the button and nothing happened. The door wouldnot open. Called GE. Waiting to hear. Will update when we get resolution.

I really like this microwave, especially the curved inner back which makes it easier for larger bowls to spin around. Great settings, just about everything you need.

This is an excellent microwave. I was somewhat surprised by the improvements in design over previous devices we have owned. For example, the rotating plate is not easily detached from the rotator making it much less likely to have to make adjustments to ensure that food is uniformly cooked.

I bought this model 20 years ago. Loved it so much that I bought the same model again. Definitely reliable, long-lasting, and easy to operate.

Good quality product. It is larger than expected but i like it. Few things still need to learn.

Pleased with item. Not so much with Best Buy shipping. Best Buy falsely committed to a specifically delivery date. Yet item was still in their wear house the date they gave as my receive date. Best Buy needs to do much better.

This model has issues and gone bad in 9 months, I have bad experience in returning this. When I purchased I paid for 4 year warrenty. Initially called Greek squad and they have asked me to contact GE since it is under manufacture warranty, GE said they can’t repair and return to Best Buy, I did and they refund for only for microwave not warranty. Please be aware of Best Buy, they won’t refund, it’s actually waste of money and time and it is a scam.

This is a great microwave. After look for one to fit our space we decided on this one because it fit the space but is stll large on the inside.

Very nice large microwave for a family or entertaining. Well-built. Much better than a competitive brand we had to replace because it stopped working in less than a year.
