The microwave works really well. The control panel is easy to use, and there is plenty of space to heat large items.

The microwave is not complicated to use and it has a clean design. My issue is the door "button" sticks if it is pushed in on the left side. There is a short delay before it returns to its regular position. Using the right side of the "button" to open the door seems to work fine.

I bought one and have used it several times a day. It is very user-friendly and also bright inside to watch cooking. When I needed another, I bought the same GE model.

I had this very microwave for several years until it broke down. I was so grateful and excited to find this very model again. I had checked out other vendors to find that none of them had it in stock. My order through you was seamless. I hope things work out this easily in the future when I need to replace this one. Oh, and your price was a little less expensive.

Had to replace our 15 year old built in microwave. Customer support helped us find the right model with the same form and fit to reuse our old install kit. Got it put in and looks just like the old model. Everything is working fine!

Heating and reheating are very easy with all the presets. The door doesn't seem to want to release and open is the only negative I have for this machine.

well lit on the inside used primarily to reheat meals and it heats food quickly. tons of preset options.

Love this microwave! Great size inside. Any of our microwave dishes fits, with room to spare. Our tea pitcher (tall) fits, also, for brewing slow brew tea. Controls are large, push pads, and have plenty of options, even though I usually just use the 30 sec. button and keep re-setting it. Just seems quicker and safer than selecting a choice that might possibly run longer than needed and ruin the food. Good, solid "beeps" at the end-- a pleasant sound-- not a low BUZZZZ like some I've seen. Would recommend!

The microwave works fine but the controls are a bit clunky. You can hit "1" to cook 1 minute, but if you want 1:20, you have to hit "time cook," then 120, then start. I prefer entering the time on the numeric keypad and hitting "start"

I like it had the old sharp that was almost the same - it died and not made anymore-we got this one It's updated and works great
