Posted .We're sorry your new microwave arrived damaged. This is a counter top microwave and is not designed for a built-type of installation. We recommend a minimum of 3" of air clearance on each side and at the top as well as 1" clearance in the rear to ensure safe and reliable operation.

I used it for 2023 thanksgiving, and the other thing we noticed was how evenly the dishes were warmed up, not hot outside/cold inside.

It's got a bright interior light and with the white interior it's easy to see inside and to clean. It was on sale at Lowes but Best Buy price matched so I bought it.

Purchased the microwave and it was heavy for us. The store person helped get the oven to and into our car (strong help). Unfortunately, we purchased the oven in ignorance and had to return it. We have no opinion on its function ability.
