We have had this microwave about 4 - 6 weeks now and we're really pleased. Our last microwave lasted about 1 1/2 years (just past warranty) this one has all the features we like, quick defrost, quick pre-programmed times. We use it mostly to thaw meat and reheat food. We don't cook meals in it.

I purchased an open box (slightly discounted) microwave and it's wonderful and works great; have absolutely had no issues at all with it! I would recommend this brand (GE) and this exact microwave to everyone!

We had to replace our original built in microwave and everyone told me I needed a new installation kit. I found this unit was very similar to my old one so I just installed it with the old built in kit. It worked and even looked similar to my old unit!

It's really good. It warms the food quickly and wasy to use and capacious

This was a very easy transaction on line. The product description was spot on and provided good info on the microwave. Tho a bit larger than I realized, it fits well on my stand, looks great, and cooks great too. Highly recommend this product.

So far so good. I'm used to my old one but getting used to this one. I like the features. I like the space inside. And all the GE products, I've ever had, have been good products. I don't like that is came from China.

Great overall, wish it had backlit keys to see in the dark though. Even in dim environments its a bit difficult.

This was a gift for my son and his wife. They love it and use it all the time. And the pickup process at BestBuy was excellent. This is a newer version of a microwave my wife and I have used for years.

Some damage to box upon delivery on the back side near the fan. The unit appears to work ok, but the fan is very loud. This was the second delivery that came with damage to the box. The first delivery was sent back with damage to the case, electrical plug and door. Although the second unit delivered has a small dent, I kept it. I hope the loud fan noise is not an indication that the unit life is compromised. The first of this model unit I bought, lasted over ten years....wonder how long this will go ? I would have to recommend that if buying these units, it be done in a store to inspect the box and run the unit before you take it home

This is an excellent microwave. It is HUGE! The add 30 seconds button, and the express 1-6 minutes are my favorite feature. We bought this to replace a similar GE microwave (it was very old).

Good. This is a second one I purchased. First one didn’t work and warranty covered by GE. Warranty took care of it and mailed a check to cover second new one. I should have add extend warranty. Thank you warranty dept

This was an exact replacement for a GE Profile microwave that would no longer heat after 12 years. It works just like our other one and we were really happy with the price we paid at Best Buy.

My mom needed to replace an older GE microwave with similar features....this is perfect! and she loves it! The best part is that it fits into her existing trim kit! It is "built-in" over a wall oven.
