Heats the food alright. Personally thought it do a little better for the price and brand. I did get it on sale though so its all good.

Only worked for 18 months. No warranty after a year per industry norms. Worked great until it crashed. Oven replacement only. No parts available. No futures GE products for me.

Basic microwave, does the job. We are happy with this!

Old microwave took 2 hands for me to close the door. This one works great, has plenty of room inside, several nice short cut options (Add 30, Express minute keys (6), etc.) Is also attractive on the outside-- sleek, not "clunky". Would buy again.

This was purchased to replace what I thought was the exact same one. It more or less is the same but the materials on this one seem to be flimsier/cheaper. I can’t quite explain it, i just hope it lasts as long as the one we replaced. For $300 after taxes it better

If I could give this microwave 0 stars, I would do that. 3 microwaves ordered (2 from Best Buy and 1 from another store all the same model), and 3 microwaves were delivered to the store damaged. This is a GE problem, not a Best Buy problem. Very disappointed in GE!

The salesman at the store was amazingly helpful. This microwave works wonderfully and was easy to install in my wall space.

I Chose this model due to high ratings for a countertop microwave from Consumer reports. It works well, but I'm less than impressed with the quality of the construction. Pressing the button to open the door is not a "smooth" mechanism - feels "cheap".

This is a great microwave. I’ve had one in the past but I messed it up with a metal pan. Thought I put the timer on but turned the microwave on and ran into the other room. It was about 20 minutes before I realized all smoke and everything was contained in the microwave. It’s an awesome quality product

the stainless was an error ordered by clerk in store. I had to wait for delivery, take it back to store then order a white one

This is a nice higher-power microwave. It was; however, a replacement purchase to replace a five-year-old machine that was exactly the same. That was unacceptibly short for replacement.

Push button panel buttons not precise and no detent. Door made of light weigh material, making door closing noisy. Reheat setting result in food very hot in some areas and very cold in others. Pop Corn setting works very good

Great price! Walked in, kind salesperson found what I wanted, purchased and he even loaded it into my car. Great service!!

Overall good microwave but really big. Would have kept it but was too large.

This microwave works OK, as long as you place it on the LEFT side of your gas stove. If you put it on the RIGHT side, the venting fan will blow on the stove burners, causing them to go out if they are on "low". The finger push pads work, but sometimes need a second or third push to operate. The door latch release (push button) feels clunky and can't any company design a quieter latching system? The full owners manual doesn't come with the oven, just a "Quick Use & Care" guide. You have to call, get put on hold, then speak to a rep to have the full manual mailed to you--in two weeks. You can download it--if you don't mind wasting 18 double-sided sheets of paper to print it out.

Nice Microwave. The size capacity is great for casserole dishes and other large items. Cooks great. The keypad could be a little more defined.

Works well and consistently. I like the buttons, etc. Only downside is that there is no programming in special cook time as it goes by the minutes, 30 second add, or pre-programmed food types.

This item not only looks nice but works well. It has multiple preset functions that save time. The large capacity allows for family size dishes. We really like it.

Much easier use of this microwave! Simpler button usage on front of microwave with fast start! The one we had before no one could figure out how to use it because of a button that had to be pushed in order to use it! This new GE 2.0 Microwave is perfect & heats everything to perfection!
