Great microwave so far. Still trying to get used to it. We tried shims and pads to stop the noise but the box of toothpicks is the only thing that has worked. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

The negatives I found are two: (1) the door is very loud when it closes. If you are trying to be quiet in your kitchen (or wherever you have this microwave) it will certainly make a great deal of noise. (2) the power level setting is very time consuming to set. On my other GE, you just press the power level button and press the level (number) button and your done. On this one you must enter a time setting, then set the power level, then turn it on. While it is not a major problem, it does take more time to go thru these steps. It is a very powerful microwave at 1200 wt. so be careful if you just want to warm something a little. I am saying "yes" for a recommendation only if you pay no more than $120-140. Over that much and you are paying too much. Shop around and you might find something with better and easier features.

Only comes with a "Quick Start" instruction guide. Worse, you have to go on line and download the manual to use the advanced features you just paid alot of money for. Dumb!

Nothing wrong with this, but it's an economy model. Even the green lights are cheap looking compared to the GE Profile or Monogram models.

Trim kit did not fit this oven, even though description seemed to indicate it would. Very confusing and many trips to store.

Posted .This microwave is designed for countertop installation only. It does not have a compatible trim kit. It is not approved to be built in. We are sorry for the confusion. Model PCWK22U1WDD can be installed with a trim kit. The trim kit required to get the Stainless look is either JX7227SLSS, or JX7230SLSS. Joyce@GEAppliances
