    Only thing I wish is that it had a handle instead of push latch to open. Otherwise it is what I expected. Large capacity, works well.

    We had to return this under our two-year within a few months of purchase. The second microwave just died. The magnetron is bad, and GE doesn't sell replacement parts for it.

    stopped working at one year. All of a sudden the thing stops heating. I tried every recommendation and still doesn't heat. Then they want to charge $99 to come look at tit. Not to fix but come look at it. I knew I should have went with LG.

    Stay away from this unit. GE admits there are problems with it. They will not even repair it. After problems with 3 units in less than 5 months had to fight with Comer relations to get them to send a different unit.

The warranty on this model like many of our countertop units provides for replacement of the unit rather than service.     Got a GE 2.0 Stainless Steel and come to find out after the return date has passed that the Microwave does not work/ heat you it on it just completes the time without heating the food

    Do not purchase. I have gone through 2 in a year. This make and model does not hold up to anything. This time it has been used maybe 5 times amd it has stopped working. It is junk.
