Has already broken. Lasted less than 2 years. No longer heats.

I bought this GE microwave a few months ago to replace an older, smaller microwave. This microwave is big, perfect for my family of six. I bought the stainless steel model so it would match my other appliances, and it looks great on my countertop. It is easy to use and reheats, defrosts and cooks great.

Works great, heats food up fast. Easy to use. Plenty of room for big items

Was pretty good. And it was in store so quite convenient

I bought this item and it was delivered July 13, 2021. Yesterday a little over 15 months later it has stopped working. Definitely not the length of service expected from this item for the price paid.

I bought this in August 2017 and it is only April of 2019 and it is shot already. For $187 I would think it would last more than 2 years, this didn't even make it 2 years.

We like this microwave a lot . Probably because we got used to it . Good high power roomy etc It lasted us 5 years . One kid home for half those years from college , one in college . So could have lasted longer but who knows . They don’t make things like they used too . $273 in 2018

It works very well and looks good in my kitchen. The beverage button especially is very useful, I tried to heat a cup of milk and it did not spill out, it stopped heating at the right time.

We needed to replace our old Microwave and we decided on this one, and as it turns out, I'm really glad we did. Love the power and it is really nice when everything on the unit works as intended. If you're in the market for a new Microwave, I would highly recommend this one.

Lowes had this item in stock locally but was 90 dollars more than Best Buy. So I waited 2 days to have it drop shipped to my house. Why Best Buy couldnt ship this item to my local store faster than me ordering thru them I dont know.

Overall, the microwave works well. Larger than my last one it cooks hotter.

Very nice microwave oven, and easy to use, if I needed to I would buy another without any question or problem. Installation, easy instruction, easy cook for a fast.

I like everything about this microwave. I love that it has a large glass tray inside that revolves while microwaving and that it can be removed and easily be cleaned. Also, love that it can hold large casseroles. I am happy with its sleek, contemporary design as it matches my other GE appliances.

Really happy with this microwave - even it's huge inside. I bought this model because of its exterior dimensions, as it had to fit into the current mounting kit (trimset JX 1827).

My existing built in microwave broke down after 10 years, they had this one in stock that was a newer model that replaced my old one, for perfectly and didn’t have to replace the trim kit!

I bought this unit as replacement for same model which lasted 5 years. I liked the previous unit’s features and decided to go with unit again - no bad experience at all.

We really like the cooking options. There are many short cut options. Heats evenly with the turntable. The microwave is 2 cut which is large enough for large families.

This microwave functions well. Lots of choices and easy to program. They just don’t make them like they used to though. The door is not rigidly solid, kind of flimsy. Guess that’s the times!

The GE Family-sized Microwave I purchased over a year ago wasnused by six family members very frequently. It gave up a little oved three weeks ago but I didn't give up on the brand or its function. I immediately a ordered another one identical in every way ( although GM probably had improved it). It is installed and working beautifully. The reliability of Best Buy to order it, have it shipped the moment I said okay and its readiness to be picked up late one Sunday afternnoon will keep me comming back to Santana Row Best Buy. Yo boot, I got a four year coverage for replacement, if needed, for a nominal price.

Works great especially for the price. Metal used is a bit thin so sounds cheap when door closes but it does the job.
