Very disappointing. Makes me wonder if it's missing insulation. Not a 'quiet' door when closing, like my previous GE microwave oven was. The only reason I purchased a new microwave was the carousel inside the oven stopped rotating.

This model is very easy to use and also cooks very evenly. The oven size is large enough to hold large dishes. The preprogramed heating buttons coupled with the inverter technology has work well. My parents have been happy with this oven to date.

Nice size for a small space

We are delighted with the size and the multiple features. Fortunately, the manual is easy for the two of us to understand. We are not tech-savvy. My husband uses this much more than I do to heat up leftovers, vegetables, coffee, popcorn, soup, cereals, etc. He is very satisfied with it. Thank you GE
