It works just fine, and is attractive to boot. The stainless steel is easy to clean, and doesn't get hot when in use. The Bagel and Frozen buttons illuminate when pressed, while the Cancel button is always illuminated whenever the toaster is in use. It toasts evenly, with the level of doneness determined by how high you've set the doneness knob.

Loved setting, easy to use. Easy to clean. Liked appearance.

Wanted a new, smaller toaster because we had a 4 slot toaster that took up alot of counter space. Glad we chose this one. So far it's great. Wide slots are ideal for buns. Use number 2 setting and result is perfect for us.

i really like this toaster i just hope it last last one died after a year but this really looks like a good one for the price.

Does what you expect for a reasonable price. Had a revolution toaster and had to return it, too expensive, too glitchy.

This is a simple toaster with simple features. No LED or any smart featutes. You have your basic frozen, bagel, and cancel button, and you have your knob with numbers representing minutes of toast duration. Regarding that, some people might complain that it takes too long to toast, but for me, this is the best thing about it. Most cheap toasters employ high wattage/high temp toasting where they really crank up the heat. This offers "faster" toasting, sure, but it causes uneven texture between the surface and inner parts of the bread. Many premium toasters, however, employ a slower and lower temp toast that allows the heat to better evenly distribute. I'm really surprised that this heating method was employed here as many of my other cheap toasters relied on super high temp.

I gave it a 4 star review because I have to set the shade setting all the way down to 2 otherwise any higher burns the bagels. But, I give the design a 5 star. It looks beautiful on my counter.

My last toaster broke and so I was using my toaster oven combo. It does not toast evenly. I really missed a regular toaster and this a great size and has a bagel function.

I have an air fryer & a microwave, but the toaster is what my kitchen has been missing! People believe its a thing of the past but certainly not

This toaster has a variety of options, such as toast, bagel, and frozen foods. The quality these choices have allow any toasts food to taste good without being burnt or undercooked. The shape is not ugly. The toaster works as you expect, so you will get what you pay for.

I like this toaster. It has a lot of darkness settings. The 3 toasting options - normal, frozen, and bagel - work for me. It took a little of experimentation to find the best settings.
