Clean, spacious refrigerator with great features! Overall, delighted with our purchase. Only design challenge we've discovered is the occasional dropping of small pieces of ice from the ice machine inside of the freezer compartment.

This GE refrigerator is the third one I've purchased in the past few years from BestBuy. All have been great, which is why I continue to purchase it. The water line is a little noisy, but it has become background noise.

Crushed ice throws ice outside a cup or glass; must hold the glass or cup tight to the bottom of the dispenser.

Fridge is very nice, it’s for a second home and I like the long lines of the doors instead of ones with multiple drawers which I don’t need at this point. The finishes nice does not fingerprint and GE refrigerators are very good quality

Bought this fridge for my grandma. She is very happy with it. She likes that it has all the look of a modern fridge while still being easy for her to use. This was the nicest non-high tech fridge available.

It’s an ok refrigerator it’s small i would have liked a larger one but the cut out was small. I don’t know how fair a review can be since I haven’t been in my new house for even a month but 9/10 probably would buy again.

We went through 2 refrigerators in 5 years with faulty ice makers that were deemed unrepairable. The last one, the fridge still worked (The first one just died. Thanks Samsung.), so we just lived for a few months without the ice maker. During that time I researched and talked to tons of different appliance sales reps and came to the conclusion that GE would be my best option because the ice maker is located in the freezer and not the door. I read the reviews on this fridge and saw people mention the flimsy materials and that while it looks great, the quality is subpar. Well, after two months of owning it, the compressor just died. Best Buy can't get here for at least a week. GE is 3 weeks out. I'd never buy a fridge again if they weren't necessary.

Replaced an old GE Cafe' style with this fridge. The dark sides matched well with our dark backsplash. The inside shelves are much easier to keep clean than the older model. So far I like it much better than the other model we had.

Good price. Good capacity. Decent features. Very simple. Some parts that I thought would be metal were made of plastic. Time will tell with this appliance.

I've only had the product for about 3 weeks, so cannot vouch for long term reliability. Purchased this to replace a MUCH more expensive Samsung that died after just under 8 years. Much easier to find things in this refrigerator than our old French door Samsung.

Have not had it that long so i'm still experiencing the refrigerator

Purchased in October 2023 but less than 2 months later refrigerator stopped making ice and the temperature inside the refrigerator is uncontrollable. Should be at 37 but has gone down to 30 degrees. Called Best Buy on 11-27-23 but I am outside the return period and must call GE for service. The first available appointed with GE was not until 12-8-23. My last GE refrigerator was 18 years old.

Good fridge with two big problems. The shelves are adjustable but don't lock reliably in the fridge compartment. ALSO - this fridge forces you to buy a GE water filter /w special RFID tag every six month. That's right $100/year for water filters - no generic filters allowed by the fridge's computer.

My second GE refrigerator. You can't go wrong with GE. My last one is still running perfectly 15 years later and now the garage refrigerator for extras.

Works well, except the door doesn't always fully close, and it isn't open enough for the alarm to go off. Minor issue - we're just making sure we fully close it.

My family loves this fridge. The build quality is great and everything works as expected.
