Happy with the purchase but could not give it 5 stars due to the ice maker. The cubed ice function works ok but the crushed ice makes a mess inside, which is not easy to clean up. The dispensing of crushed is is also a bit messy.

We are very happy with our new GE refrigerator! This refrigerator replaces our old GE refrigerator which we had for 14 years. Our new refrigerator is very quiet and it seems to be very well-made hopefully it lasts another 14 years? We highly recommend this GE model!

Simple, spacious and the doors are sure to close! There is a little extra force the refrigerator has when the doors close and I know this may seem silly but with kids, this is worth the purchase! This is a wonderful refrigerator!

I have had this for about 6 weeks and so far it is great. Perfect for my needs. It is roomy, runs quietly and is very attractive in my new home. Have had GE appliances in the past and have been very satisfied.

I had limited refrigerator options due to my row home door width as well as my cabinet space to fit the frig into. Overall, it's almost identical to my previous GE frig which lasted 18 years, so I am hoping this will last at least that long. The only negative I have about this frig is the depth is smaller than I expected, even though I measured it in the stor before i bought it.

We love counter depth refrigerators and the Slate color/finish on this is wonderful. Nice features and the Geek Squad did a great job on delivery and install, carried the old refer out rather than dollying it. Much appreciated.

The refrigerator has been operating nicely and quiet, however the water dispenser is too short to fit my water bottle under it to sit on the shelf while dispensing. Looks like it only fits a cup we never use. The ice maker is so small does it does not permit you to dump ice into a cooler without multiple trips, so the ice melts before refill. The guys that delivered our unit were super good to work with and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the installation. We also notice the figure print free feature was not that great on the stainless steel.

Nice refrigerator. A little tight on space if family of 5 or more. Water dispensed is not as cold as expected. Digital temperature readout is not accurate with inside temperature. Off about 3-4 degrees. Overall I would repurchase. A little pricey but most of the time you get what you pay for.

Love this refrigerator. Spacious, well built and quiet. My best buy sales rep, Nick Palmer, was wonderful. He helped me get the correct size refrigerator for the space I had available and he worked within my budget.

Does the job very well. Quiet and efficient. Nice features which are practical. Cavity for installation is small compelling the purchase of the smaller size version of the product.

Fits beautifully in our kitchen. Is streamline and not hitting the edge of the refrigerator when walking by. Although a little less room in the refrigerator, it is hardly noticeable. The lighting is excellent and no running noise. So glad we chose this one.

Due to its poorly designed interior, this refrigerator has far less capacity than its predecessors. For example, the produce bin is one-third smaller than the bin in the older model and shelf holders on either side of the interior reduce the interior width by an inch. In addition, the door shelves are not as deep. The storage shelves of the freezer are even worse and they are open at the bottom allowing small items to fall through. Poor trade-off for the low profile appearance.

Provides a lot more space than I thought a counter depth would. It has great lighting and is pretty quiet. I love the snack drawer and slide out freezer drawers. The only negative is the brushed steel finish is a little dull.

Its a keeper. Enjoying it everyday great water and ice. Its perfect.

Overall good buy Stainless steel is not entirely fingerprint proof but is good enough I needed a second fridge for basement and it fit perfect in counter depth space. The basic delivery and installation from was buy was very convenient and professional

Happy with my refrigerator. It doesn’t make noise like on the other comments. Also like the ice maker that’s in the refrigerator and not on the door. It makes more ice than the one on the door. Overall it’s a good refrigerator.

We've only had this GE side by side refrigerator for 16 days, but so far I can say that we love it and have had no problems at all. It's beautiful in Slate, and I love all the interior lights in both fresh and freezer sides. The fridge has more than enough storage for us, and the count-depth dimensions allow it to fit perfectly into our kitchen cabinetry. We've always had GE appliances in our many homes over the years. In fact the Almond colored, GE side by side fridge that this new one has replaced was in our house when we bought it 6 years ago, at that time the fridge was already 26 years old! AND it was working just fine until about 3 months ago when it started to randomly freeze items on the fresh food side without rhyme or reason, it was definitely time to replace it rather than try to have it repaired. I guess that's a testament of GE quality. I just hope this new side by side lasts equally as long without any problems.
