Perfect condo fridge

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to purchase this model, which is the current version of my old one, because my old GE counter depth model had died at the beginning of a heat wave in June, while full of food due to Covid-19. While I appreciate the vastly improved interior lighting, the model has some drawbacks particularly in the freezer. Half the supports consist of shelves, not pull out wire baskets as in my old one, meaning you have to pile things on top of each other and rummage through it. And what wire baskets there are do not pull forward for easy access. Door storage, considerably reduced by the ice and water delivery mechanism, features small shelves where items are held in place by plastic cross bars, unlike the wire tip-forward baskets in the old one. Not only is this less convenient, the space below the retaining bar allows smaller, flatter items to fall through, limiting what you can place on the door. On the whole, the freezer is an excellent example of non functional industrial design. .
