This is a great refrigerator for people who appreciate a basic refrigerator without all the bells and whistles. Roomy inside and the slate color looks awesome.

Horrible design. Nothing is easily accessible and its way too close to the ground. As a total tech member I have never been more disappointed in the service as well. They arrived 4 hours early and refused to pick up our old refrigerator which is still sitting here. Our ice maker was on delay order and they refused to disconnect it and the freezer takes 24hrs to freeze our ice trays.

Great Refrigerator I would give it five stars but it’s a little too wide for what I needed so I had to takeoff my baseboard.

Freezer is loaded with frost, and I can't get a response from Best Buy or from the manufacturer, even though I bought the tech plan coverage. I even drove all the way to the store to get help with my problem, but struck out. Let the buyer beware.

Poor inside lighting. Door continues to swing open until it hits the wall. Hap to purchase ice maker extra.

It’s a garage fridge. Fridge cools by beer to the perfect taste. Ironically, the freezer freezes stuff like popsicles and ice cream. We keep the goodies here. Four stars because it was shipped with dents and the process to chase after them for gift card or door replacement is too cumbersome to complete. Delivery drivers should document and handle that process for you. Best Buy should improve this part of the process.

I’ve only had it less than a week, so it’s working fine so far.

quality product with many great features. Easy to install and easy to use. Perfect fit our kitchen space. white its stainless steel it does not show any marks. My family loves this fridge.

Great basic refrigerator. I bought this for my garage as a second refrigerator. The shelves and cooling system work well together. I recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a second refrigerator.

Much better than the last one I bought from BB, We bought a smaller one 2 years ago and it would either freeze veggies or melt icecream.

I will never by appliances from Best Buy again , worst delivery scheduling , you offer no customer service I am done.

Looking for a top freezer set up to replace an old unit in a smaller kitchen. Needed as much space as possible without needing an ice maker (although that’s an option with this fridge). Great value for a SS unit.

THE REFRIGERATOR WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED IN OUR GARAGE; FREEZER IS SPACIOUS AND IT DOESN'T HAVE AN ICEMAKER, WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED. DIDN'T NEED STAINLESS STEEL BUT THAT WAS THE COLOR THEY HAD IN STOCK.

So far it's working great. The inside blue plastic is very hard to get off and I'm still working on it. The shelves look somewhat frazile.

Excellent refrigerator. The top freezer model affords more freezer space than a bottom freezer. As to date runs well and keeps temperature.

Hate it. It is too low and I'm going to end up with a concussion from hitting my head on the freezer door so often.

I'm satiffied with the refrigerator except I couldn't use the ice maker and I think it should have been left with me or reimbursed for it.

Just the right size. Enough shelf space and drawers. Got the extended warranty. Good lighting inside. Easy purchase with Mason, excellent door switch job by Timothy. Good people all around.
