If you’d like to share your feedback regarding installation and delivery with Best Buy, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. Regarding noise, we do expect the refrigerator to make some sounds as it operates; newer models can sound a bit different than older models because of newer technology and additional features. If it may be helpful, more information on what noises the refrigerator may make is available on page 19 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. Six months later, service was required because of loud knocking & failure to cool. This refrigerator is SO LOUD with intermittent knocking.

Noisy fridge

We were limited to the type and style as our fridge enclave is next to a wall, so we are limited to a top freezer type. I like the appearance and functionality of this fridge. It evenly cools our food. However, do not buy this fridge if you want something that is quiet. Our 17 year old fridge was quieter than this new one. It rattles and vibrates and entire kitchen. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
