Terrible customer seevice

The people who handle it, not so great. The first one re received looked like the dropped it, the freezer door was bent and wouldn’t shut properly. Got a replacement, and the second one has a huge dent in the side and the freezer door is scuffed. Contacted customer service and they offered me a $35 gift certificate. Wow.

Doors were scuffed, when they brought the refrigerator my husband had to ask them to level it, let alone the fact we had to put the handles on the refrigerator our self. We may not have paid big bucks for it but would still expect customer service.
