A Bit Disappointing

I was very surprised to see the glass shelves sag when I put a number of gallon containers on the top shelf. I called GE and they said the shelves were only rated for about 50 pounds, which translates to about 6 gallons of liquid, while there is easily room for 10 gallons. In all my years of putting away groceries, I have never had to count gallons before putting them into the refrigerator. The shelves are simply flimsy and cheap and could have easily been designed for the strength required to fully utilize the available cubic footage available. GE did not seem concerned, but I am very disappointed ... in the refrigerator as well as with GE's response.

Nice fridge not finger print resistant

The freezer is also very spacious. It looks great however it is not finger print resistant like advertised. Also Best Buy did not level it leaving the door swinging open if not closer . Two service appointments where made and both times a no show . The fridge is great . I would not buy a big appliance from Best Buy again.

The tenant is quite happy with the new fridge. They took the old fridge away and set up the new fridge.

The only issue I have is the placement of the 4 brackets the glass shelves sit on. This fridge comes with 3 glass shelves. Due to the placement of the 4 brackets, by the time you place the 3 glass shelves, you have 2 decent areas to place items on and one very small area that barley fits a pop can.
