Best Buy refuses to take it back or exchange or repair since it’s past 15 days post delivery. Bought GE product hoping it will perform well and lasts longer than foreign products.

Also for the first week or so it would make a weird noise but it stopped and seems to be working fine.

In fact, the repairman stripped the leveling screws and GE says the responsibility for replacement is on Best Buy. We are very frustrated.

I had to buy a baby gate latch to ensure the freezer doesnt open easily. Had to throw away some food from the freezer after discovering the freezer door was open and food thawed out
