    Refrigerator was delivered this morning and the door won4 stay closed. I called the 800 number and they was no assistance

    Store and delivery personnel were very helpful. We were buying for a rental that was to be sold and it was and odd shape. All were so helpful.

    Got this as a second refrigerator for the garage and it works well in Houston heat! Our garage gets over 100 degrees in the summer and this thing doesn't miss a beat

    This refrigerator with optional ice maker came with the wrong ice maker and one could not be ordered that was right. The boxes for vegies and meats were very flimsy. Not strong like most boxes.

    We replaced our 17 year old fridge with this one. We were limited to the type and style as our fridge enclave is next to a wall, so we are limited to a top freezer type. I like the appearance and functionality of this fridge. It evenly cools our food. However, do not buy this fridge if you want something that is quiet. Our 17 year old fridge was quieter than this new one. It rattles and vibrates and entire kitchen. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

    Fridge doesn't stay cold and freezer going only

    The Fridge doest stay cold,and keeps things luke warm. The freezer is going only had this appliance for 6 months. Keep waited for replacement but they keep pushing the date out. Now im told not til November

    The stainless is Impossible to clean. No matter what I try, the fridge door always looks awful.

    We order this GE refrigerator off the web site. I t was delivered on time with no hicups. The problem was that when we pluged it in, it had a "knocking" noise as if the compressor was going out. We called and best buy came back out for us to return it. They did that in a courteous and timley manner.

We truly hate to hear the refrigerator made a ‘knocking’ noise when you first plugged it in, and you had to return it. We know how frustrating any issue with your appliance would be, especially when it’s brand new. If you had still had the refrigerator, our Service Department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would have been happy to assist; we are confident a technician would have been able to properly diagnose and repair the issue. We do also have a section in the manual on page 19 with a list of what noises we expect the model to make, as well as a troubleshooting section starting on page 20, if those may have been helpful.     No one called me to tell me the delivery date was changed. I took a day off of work and lost money. They said they would compensate me and never did.....

    Was dented on both sides as a giant hand was crushing a can. Had to use it for 2 weeks until a replacement was delivered... Didn't matter I had already waited for this delivery.... And they couldn't replace it for 2 weeks.... No apologies or reduction in price for inconvenience or frustration....

    We bought this fridge in the fall. It is a wonderful size for a family of 5. The fridge part works amazing and have no complaints. My issue is the freezer, you can not put something in the middle on the top shelf because it blocks the ventilation. In return it decreases the real-estate in the freezer portion.

    Sorry I bought a stainless steel fridge. No light in freezer. Lowest shelf on the door is very inconvenient to use. Need a larger drawer for cheese. Handles are too large and have bumped my head several times. Not up to GE name.
