    One of the technicians was very unprofessional and rude. He was immediately agitated when they arrived and he discovered that the installation was upstairs. He was then very defensive and borderline hostile when I pointed out the end that 3 of my steps had been scuffed up when they were bringing it upstairs. He was very defensive and rude. His partner was very professional and agreeable and tried to compensate for his coworkers unprofessionalism.

    As said it was damaged poorer quality than in store, dented and plastic bent in back also ran continuously, because door wasn't set up properly after delivery people set it up, unbalanced also was loud, everything was frosted in freezer. Wasted two days for delivery and return. I dont think I'll buy anything there again. Should have been compensated for all the problems!
