I would not suggest buying this refrigerator, it makes a lot of noise from compressor running almost all the time. I wonder if anyone at GE takes the time to test these units before they pass them on to the consumer. Not buying another GE product.

Brand new Freezer frosted over. Shouldn't be happening.

This refrigerator replaced my existing GE that we've had for 14 yrs. We love the outside door water and ice maker. Love the efficient organization of shelves and bins and the inside lighting is very good.

We had this fridge for a month and it’s working perfectly fine. Great value for the price! The Best Buy service was outstanding; they delivered it in 48 hours when everybody else had a month long wait.

The refrigerator works fine. My only criticism was with delivery they did not put in the shelves and holders.

Really enjoying this refrigerator. Was hesitant as the left door side has shallow shelves, but discovered they're perfect for condiments! Very quiet. Nice lighting. Freezer has nicely organized draws.

i think best buy sold me a refurbished one. didnt come in a box and was missing some shelves. now it has stopped working after about 30 days. trying to setup repair online but can’t reach them after hours.

My son loves the ice maker and all his drinks stay cold...excellent product!

We like our new refrigerator, it is a bit smaller then out last refrigerator but it does the job.. the water dispenser is placed a differently then our last one and is much better.

I like both the refrigerator space and freezer space. I can see everything that I have easier than in my old one.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made at Best Buy. It stopped working after 2 months of purchase. Do not buy. It has been a terrible experience dealing with Best Buy

Do not buy if you like having ice. Takes 48 hours to make first tub of ice. Ice maker cannot keep up. My 17 year old fridge has no issue keeping up with the ice demand.

I had a GE refrigerator, purchased 5 years ago from Best Buy. It stopped cooling although the freezer was fine. Replacement parts were not available anymore. We bought another one. It wouldn’t cool below 50 degrees, although the freezer worked. We exchanged it for another one. It wouldn’t cool below 50 degrees although the freezer worked. We returned it and bought a Bosch elsewhere since Best Buy had none in stock and I had been without a refrigerator the first 3 weeks of December.

While I paid for install the team that did the delivery didn't know what they were doing, so had to hire my own install. Best Buy refunded the install cost

Really like it but don’t like changing from ice to water. My last refrigerator had different set up and didn’t need to change each time

We got this at their scratch and dent store. We have had problems since day 1! The handles broke off shortly after after my mom bumped them with the wheel of her wheelchair. Then a seal broke in half and i threw it away, the tech charged me for that, bought in March 2021 and today it bit the dust, customer service is nonexistent even with the extended warranty they won’t fix or replace it. Guess I’ll call the bbb
