Poor craftmanship. Parts of interior poorly assembled. Freezer compartment looks like they threw a container from ANOTHER unit in as the "Basket". And I TRULY believe I was sold a REFURBISHED unit someone else RETURNED.

The led lights are not as bright as other refrigerators. The freezer drawer is hard to pull open and feels like you are going to pull the fridge out.

This is not the ownership experience we strive for and we can completely understand your disappointment. For the hard-to-open drawer, we suggest you try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. (Paraffin wax is used for canning and is safe for use around food.) She did redeem herself in the end by getting both appliances that we bought delivered at the same time.

When I called for repair service it was another 2 weeks before they could get someone out, who hasn't come yet. We made ice with ice trays the entire time the ice maker was broken. I expect they won't be able to repair it.
